Aetna Resources For Living is an employer sponsored program, available at no cost to you and all members of your household. This includes dependent children up to age 26, whether or not they live at home.

​

Services are confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

myStrength is an online and mobile tool offering customized resources. Members can improve their emotional health, enjoy interactive activities and become inspired by quotes and videos.

Employees plus their household members, as well as employees’ adult children up to the age of 26 even if not living at home, can access RFL by the following means:

Aetna’s policy is that ARFL will extend services if needed (member’s desire to use the program) for 90 days post an employee’s termination (as well as six months post an employee’s death for the dependents/ household members).  An ex-employee can still utilize EAP for 90 days after his/her termination date at no charge.
